Bought a car through Ciaran, was meant to be delivered on the Wednesday as we needed it to take to the airport, there was an issue with the new keys not being delivered on time. As he knew we were going to the airport a courtesy was delivered to us, then our car was delivered when we returned from holiday. Excellent service, very helpful can’t fault them. Thank you

Howard’s Used Car Centre had an automatic Fiesta on Autotrader which we were interested in for my dad as he was starting to struggle with the gears in his old car. I spoke to Becky on the phone to see if it was still available and arrange a viewing. Becky was helpful on the phone and clearly knew her stuff about the car, answering my list of questions. I booked in to view the car the next day and take it for a test drive. Becky was amazing, she let us take our time looking over the car, was on hand to answer any questions and explained the whole sale process clearly so we understood how it all worked. She gave us a fair price on dad’s part exchange and was able to get the car ready in time for my dad to pick up before the Xmas getaway. She made the whole sales process stress free for dad, there was no pushy sales tactics and everything was explained clearly. I can’t thank her enough for making one old man very happy with his new car!

I originally bought my car through Howards and my engine light came on 6 months later. I spoke to Jack on the phone and he sorted a slot to get it looked at as well as providing a hire car while it was with them. They diagnosed and fixed the issue at a reasonable cost and even sent a video of a mechanic looking over the car. I was also impressed that it was returned to me washed and shiny. The only downside was the hire car was a new version of mine and was hard to hand back! Excellemt customer service from beginning of the sale to the fixing of the issue. Looked after well. Highly recommend 5 stars :-)

Just taken receipt of our car from Howard's. First class experience all the way and Steven Clover was excellent - no pressure but very helpful. Cars all competitively priced and they also touched up paintwork we hadn't asked for. Highly recommended!
